What age restriction do you have?

All guests under the age of 18 must be introduced to our team on arrival and must be fully supervised by an adult at all times. We have an age limit of 16 years and older when it comes to Clay Bird Shooting. We ask that we can be notified prior to arriving when guests are under 16 years old. We request that all guardians report to the Outfoxed host on arrival so that we can point out all danger areas within the venue. There is also no discount for children.

Can we leave our vehicles on site overnight?

You are more than welcome to leave your vehicles on site overnight, although this at your own risk. We do ask that they are picked up before noon the following day.

Do I need to pay a deposit and what happens if we cancel our booking?

A deposit is required to secure your date when confirming your booking. This deposit for bookings of over $3000.00 is $1000.00. For bookings under $3000.00 the deposit is $500.00
These deposits are non refundable. In the case of an event having to be postponed due to sickness or adverse weather the deposit will be of course honoured for the new date or kept as a credit for 6 months. Outfoxed understands that final numbers are hard to confirm too far out. We do ask that 7 days before your event we confirm final numbers and the final invoice is sent. Any drop in numbers unfortunately will not be refunded after final confirmation.

Outfoxed requires a minimum spend of $500.00 when making a booking for any Outfoxed Experience. Bookings are essential. Outfoxed hours can differ from day to day

Would we be sharing the venue with other groups?

Typically no. We like that groups can enjoy their time exclusively. You may see other groups leaving or arriving. In any circumstance that we may need to accommodate another group at anytime while you are here we will let you know

When do our final numbers need to be confirmed?

We expect to please be kept up to date from the day you book to one week prior to your day at Outfoxed. Final numbers are required 7 days prior to your event. This will be the minimum number to be charged for.

How long can we stay?

We are always happy to discuss any ideas or plans you have and this often depends on the group size or if you plan to stay on for BYO food and drinks.
Typically the activities are 2 hours then you can hire the venue on an hourly basis rate is $20.00pp per hour.
